Support

Your annual license fee includes basic support. If you run into any issues with the bundle, just email netsuite-support@squareworks.com and our team will be more than happy to assist. Please keep in mind that basic support is Email-only and within the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. View our Software Support Policy for additional details.

Bundle Upgrades

Please be aware that we’re enhancing our NetSuite Bundles all the time. Unless indicated in the release notes (found in the user guide), all updates are backwards compatible with prior versions and no configuration changes are needed. We also regression test the latest version of our bundles for compatibility with new versions of NetSuite.  You will be receiving periodic Emails announcing Bundle Releases. We always encourage our customers to be on the latest version if possible and to upgrade in Sandbox before Production.
